We are currently experiencing a number of ‘Error 500’ messages on the web hosting platform. Investigations are being conducted to resolve the issue.

Network Operation Centre – System Status & Events
The on-call engineer has now resolved the ‘error 500’ issue by rebooting five web servers in the farm. Further investigation will be conducted to determine the root cause.
