Saturn Stability Issue
We are currently experiencing stability issues with the server SATURN. Customers may experience difficulty accessing some websites and MySQL databases. An engineer is en-route to the data centre.

The on-call engineer has replaced SATURN’s memory. The system appears to be running stable. Further tests will be completed which may require a reboot of the server. The services provided by SATURN are classified as “at-risk” until 10am.
SATURN has been running without issue for the past three hours, therefore we now consider the server to be fully operational.
