We are currently experiencing a loss of external connectivity due to issues with a core switch. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The core switch has been replaced with a temporary substitute, allowing normal traffic to flow. Access to all services is now resumed.
A higher specification is due to arrive onsite within the next 48 hours. Upon arrival we replace the temporary switch, this is lkikely to result in a short period of downtime lasting less than 5 minutes.
We will continue to update you as information becomes available. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience.
The replacement switch has been implemented without any downtime and has been running for 24 hours without issue. We will continue to monitor performance but do not expect any further issues.
