Web Server
We are currently experiencing issues with SATURN, customers may experience difficulties accessing their website if hosted on this server. Engineers are currently investigating.

Saturn has been fully operational for the past hour (since 11:50), all service are now operational. We took the opportunity to increase the amount of RAM in the server to improve performance.
The outage was due to a failed disk in a RAID set and the subsequent SAM failure which caused the server to repeatedly reboot. The SAM was restored from a backup.
