We are currently investigating reports of connectivity from certain non-UK locations to our services. The issue is not country specific but does appear to be impacting specific providers in some countries.

At this time we can confirm that the hosted services are working normally but there may be a routing issue at our upstream network provider. We are currently liasing with them in order to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Further updates will be posted as soon as we have more detailed information.

  1. Normal service was resumed at approximately 13:00, we are liasing with our upstream provider to ensure the issue does not reoccur.
